Home-based: Paper Tubes and water fun

This pieces is made up of paper tubes and paper fasterners. This project was conceived because the students had low motor skills. Not everyone were able to draw and paint.

We used food colouring.

Step 1: we started of with drawing paper rolled into tubes.

Step 2: To add colour, we did the following:
fill a container with a mixture of water and white glue, students tap colours onto the paper with a paintbrush.

OR

float the tube in water. drizzle colour and pour white glue over. Watch the colours dance!!

Step 3: allow to dry overnight

Step 4: Punch holes with a paper hole puncher and join tubes together with a fasterner.
